The first photo-journalism agency to be established in post-Taliban Afghanistan has since played a vital role in creating a flow of news and pictures from the war-torn nation. AINA Photo was established in 2002 by AINA, a non-profit association founded in France in August 2001 by Iranian-born photographer Reza.
